Explosive details of the inner workings have come to light as two traders sued the bank on termination grounds for inappropriate behavior. The news and commentaries flowing out from this scandal is good enough to have a new movie titled "The Wolf of Wall Street - Alive and Down Under".

Among the comments on Bloomberg chat ANZ cited for O'Connor's dismissal were comments from him such as "You should have taken her to the bathroom and sorted it out" and "I was your best root?".

In addition to using words like "fark" "kok" "fwits" "fstick", the traders allegedly discuss sexual exploits and fantasies, drugs, a former Home & Away actress and gardening in ways that are variously racist, misogynistic, homophobic and puerile.
"I'm so sick of swiggin dom out of the bottles at strip clubs anyway. bottles farken heavy," writes Mr Alexiou.
"Your more volatile than the markets," says another trader.
"I admire anyone that can win the tour de france on drugs, i uusally cant find my door keys when i am on drugs," Mr Alexiou allegedly says.

Alexiou said he was told by another senior trader that he was unfortunately just "someone that had to be made out to be a big white dildo" in February 2014 after he was "stood down" as part of the BBSW investigation.
